Mentality is something where eSports and sports have similarities. I've been gold for the last few season and you are really bad haha". Some people have a very big ego (low elo especially) and use these arguments to prove their standing point. Sadly, it's something people consider as part of "being competitive, feels of superiority due to having more experience" whilst I believe they are completely unrelated. Snowballing is a lot more satisfying then trying to just survive a laning phase. Just think, dude ques up for Yasuo, gets counter picked hard, now that really satisfying snowball being cooked up in the lobby is gone, now its just how do I survive. Tonnes of players, if you can't carry yourself hard then you need 4 other people to help you, autofill, a decently steep learning curve for new players and a pretty big time investment that if you aren't getting things done, then the game gets long and unsatisfying. I think the type of game LoL is, it just is setup for toxicity. And if its a stomp, I really let the other team know sometimes thats "its all good man, we all bad down here"

I type nothing when I win, and I type nothing when I lose, other than gg. Eww Nice KDA, I won, I carried, TIME TO SHIT ON PEOPLE. I'm barely Silver V, and these people that win the game, and feel the need to type and shit on other players.
